Pick an airport and a position. Type your instructions, listen to the readbacks, and get a graded debrief at the end.
KSAN is free. The remaining ten airports unlock with Pro. Clocks and traffic volume reflect live local conditions at each airfield.
Control a single position or combine several. Unassigned positions are automated, handing off traffic to and from your sector.
The free version does not expire and does not ask for a card. One payment unlocks the other ten airports and everything below, permanently, on your account.
A one-time purchase, not a subscription. It is attached to your account, so it survives a new browser, a new machine and a cleared cache.

No. ProjectATC Pro is a one-time purchase. Pro permanently unlocks all eleven airports, scenarios, operational events and cloud history on your account.
No. ProjectATC runs in a web browser. A keyboard and a wide screen are required during a session.
Runways, frequencies and procedures use published FAA data; surface layouts use OpenStreetMap. Published SIDs are imported from the FAA CIFP and reviewed for clearance phraseology. The simulator is for practice, not real-world navigation or certified training.
It can provide extra practice between mentored sessions, especially for phraseology, readbacks and basic sequencing. It is independent, is not affiliated with VATSIM or IVAO, and does not replace a facility’s training program.
You type instructions or use the contextual instruction buttons. Pilots answer out loud. Spoken controller input is not available yet.
Yes. Some readbacks contain a wrong runway, squawk, altitude or heading. Pro free-play sessions can also include events such as wrong taxi turns, blocked frequencies and priority arrivals.
