ProjectATC is a solo air-traffic-control training simulator for entertainment and practice. It is not a real-world navigation tool, is not affiliated with or endorsed by any aviation authority or online flight-simulation network, and must never be used for actual flight operations. Airport geometry is derived from public FAA records; taxiway layouts are simplified. Airline designators and radio callsigns are published identifiers used descriptively.
You must provide a valid email (via Google sign-in or a magic link) and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old. Don't share, resell, or attempt to bypass access controls or the paywall.
A Free tier is available. Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, who handles payment and applicable taxes and is the seller of record. Prices are shown at checkout. See the Refund & Cancellation section.
The Service, its code and content are ours or our licensors'. You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it while your account is in good standing.
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
We may update the Service and these terms; material changes will be posted here. You may stop using and delete your account at any time. Governing law: [jurisdiction].
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Service.
We do not run advertising or third-party tracking, and we don't sell your data.
We use local storage / a session token to keep you signed in and to store Free-tier progress. No advertising cookies.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can delete your account, by contacting us (below). We retain data only as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law. Payment records are held by Lemon Squeezy under their policy.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first Pro payment — if it isn't for you, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. Because Lemon Squeezy is our Merchant of Record, refunds are processed through them.
